Refund policy

At Denajee Health Care Products, we strive to provide an excellent shopping experience. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following terms and conditions:

Terms & Conditions

    1. Order Cancellation:

      • Inform us within 3 hours of order booking in working hours & in working business days.
      • Our Online Services department will accept your cancellation after discussing.
      • Order cannot be cancelled if shipping label of your order is created.
      • You can purchase any other product form that amount otherwise your amount will be refund to you within 3 working days. After completing all formalities of Cancellation & Refund.

    2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

      • Contact us within 3 hours of receiving your order at our toll-free number: 1800-123-1950.
      • Send an email to onlinesales@denajee.com with your invoice details.

    3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

      • Products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged condition.
      • Returns or replacements are subject to inspection and verification by our online services team.
      • Items damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or application are not covered under this policy.
      • If a product arrives in a damaged condition, report it to our online services department within 3 hours in working business days, along with images of the damaged product.

    4. Processing Time:

      • Once the return or exchange request is placed, the product will be picked up within 3 business days.
      • After receiving the product, inspection and processing will take up to 7 days.
      • If you choose to return the product yourself, the delivery time depends on your chosen courier service. Once received at our warehouse, the refund/exchange process will be initiated within 7 days, making it a total of approximately 10 days from the request date.

    5. Refund & Exchange Details:

      • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
      • If the pin code is out of our serviceable area, the customer may self-ship the product. In such cases, we provide a maximum credit of ₹70, which can be used for future purchases.
      • Upon approval of the exchange, a discount coupon of equivalent value will be issued, redeemable on our website for future purchases.
      • If you choose an item of a higher value, the balance amount can be paid via Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
      • You may exchange your returned product for any number of items, provided the final price of exchanged products is equal to or more than the returned item.

    6. Return Address:

      • Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
      • Mention your name, invoice/order number, and mobile number on the package.
      • Insert the original invoice inside the package.
